- Foot-Note uses DHL and La Poste for shipments. During the checkout process, you may choose the shipment method you would like use for your order.

Payments by credit card are processed by PayBox. When paying by credit card, at the end of the checkout process, you will be taken to the PayBox website where you will enter your credit card information. Once you have entered the credit card information, you will automatically return to Foot-Note's website. - Order History
- There are two ways to check your order history: 1. Click "Order Status," located at the top of each page. 2. Click "Your Account," located at the top of each page. If you would like to view all transactions, click on "View All Orders." You also have the option of viewing the details of an individual order, by clicking on "View Order".
- Member account and password
- If you choose to register for an account with Foot-Note, you will create a username and password while completing the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Foot-Note of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Foot-Note cannot be liable for or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. Your account profile can be updated at any time. Please note that for security reasons, your username cannot be updated or changed. To update your personal information: 1. Click on "Your Account" located at the top of each page. 2. Click on "Update Profile" located on the left under "Your Account." 3. You can change your name, email address, zip code, password and security question on this page. You also have the option of adding your phone number and birth date to your account. 4. Once everything is correct, click on "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
- Forgot Username or Password
- You may submit a request to retrieve your user name or reset your password from the sign in page. Just click on "Sign In" at the top of any page. Below the username and password fields are links for forgotten username and password. You will be asked to enter the email address and answer the security question you provided when you set up your account. Once the request is submitted, an email will be sent to you that includes your Foot-Note account username or password.

- You acknowledge that all materials on the Sites, including, but not limited to, design, graphics, text, pictures, software and other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (the "Materials"), are subject to and protected under copyright, trademark and/or other intellectual property laws and rights. All copyrighted and copyrightable Materials are owned by Foot-Note and/or its suppliers or licensors, all rights reserved. Foot-Note authorizes you to view and download the Materials only for personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials. Except as stated herein, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, perform, display, post, transmit, frame, or otherwise use any of the Materials in any form or by any means, without the prior written permission of Foot-Note or the respective intellectual property owner. You may not modify or adapt the Materials in any way or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purposes. You may not interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Sites, and you may not use any robot, spider, data miner, scraper, or other automated means to access the Sites for any purpose. The trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress and logos (collectively, "Marks") contained or described on the Site are the sole property of Foot-Note and/or its suppliers and licensors and may not be copied, imitated, framed, or otherwise used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Foot-Note or its suppliers or licensors. In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts are Marks of Foot-Note and may not be copied, imitated or otherwise used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Foot-Note. Foot-Note will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
